Elderberry-Mustard Vinaigrette Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup elderberry wine vinegar
    4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    1/2 cup finely minced onion
    1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 cup olive oil
Preparation
    In a small bowl, whisk mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Slowly add to oil while whisking.
    Stir in onion and parsley.
    Drizzle over salad greens, toss to coat.
