Lentil Pita Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cooked brown lentils or 1 1/2 cups green lentils
1/3 cup crumbled feta
1 cucumber
2 tomatoes
1/3 cup kalamata olive, chopped
4 pita bread
1 cup tzatziki, sauce
salt and pepper
Preparation

Chop the cucumber, tomato, and kalamata into 1/2in pieces.
Stir together the veggies, lentils, and feta.
Season with salt and pepper.
Warm the pita in the over or directly over a flame.
Cut the pitas in half, open them up, spoon the tzatiki in the inside and fill up with the lentil filling. Enjoy!
