Fennel Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
6 teaspoons fennel seeds
1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
1 lemon
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Preparation

Melt the butter in a small pan. Add the fennel seeds and cook for 1 minute. Add the garlic, stirring so garlic doesn't burn, and cook for 1 minute.
Squeeze the juice of the lemon into the pan and stir, cooking for another minute. Add salt and pepper to taste.
