Butterflied Leg Of Lamb Masala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 butterflied leg of lamb, boned
    4 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 teaspoon prepared chili, minced
    2 teaspoons curry powder
    3 tablespoons of fresh mint, chopped
    3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
    1 cup natural yoghurt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except lamb together.
    Spread marinade over top & bottom of lamb and allow to marinade for at least 30 minutes.
    Cook at 180 C for approx 1 hour or to preferred.
    taste.
    Serve cut into thick slices.
