Casbah Couscous Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups cooked couscous
    2 cups tomatoes, diced
    2 cups cucumbers, diced
    1 cup green onion, chopped
    2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1 cup kalamata olive, halved
    1/2 cup olive oil
    3/4 cup lemon juice
    4 garlic cloves, mnced
    1 teaspoon salt
    chopped of fresh mint, to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until serving.
