1 -2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian herb seasoning or 1 tablespoon fresh mixed Italian herbs
Preparation

Spread sauce over dough, leaving a 1/2 inch edge uncovered.
Sprinkle cheese evenly on top and sprinkle with desired herbs.
