Green Goddess Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup mayonnaise
    4 anchovy fillets
    2 green onions, green parts only
    2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves
    2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
    6 cups shredded coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
    salt & freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    In a blender, combine all ingredients but the slaw mix.
    Puree until smooth.
    Transfer to a large bowl, add slaw mix and toss to combine.
    Season, to taste, with salt and black pepper.
