Alsatian Christmas Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground pork
    1/2 tablespoon coarse salt
    1/16 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/4 teaspoon sugar
    1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/16 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and stuff into sheep casings or leave in bulk for patties.
