Avocado & Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ripe avocado
    70 g thick natural yoghurt (1/4 cup)
    20 g finely grated cheddar cheese (1/4 cup)
Preparation
    Halve and remove stone.
    In a small bowl mash avocado with a fork till almost smooth.
    Add the natural yoghurt & cheese mix together until well combined.
    Serve with rice crackers or biscuits or your choice.
