Regas Restaurant Sweet Vinaigrette Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sugar
    6 ounces red wine vinegar
    1 1/2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    3/4 teaspoon paprika
    1/4 teaspoon white pepper
    1 1/2 cups canola salad oil
Preparation
    In Hobart mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except canola oil and mix with whip on speed#2 until well mixed.
    While continuing to mix, slowly add canola oil until all is incorporated.
    Store in a covered cambro, label, date, initial and refrigerate.
