Yogurt With Cucumber & Crushed Mustard Seeds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup yogurt, Greek, plain
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne (to taste)
    2 tablespoons parsley, finely minced
    1 teaspoon black mustard seeds, lightly ground
    1 cucumber, peeled & coarsely grated
Preparation
    In a small bowl, gently whisk the yogurt until creamy.
    Add all the other ingredients.
    Mix well & chill.
