Creamy Peanut Butter Frosting With Chocolate Morsels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
6 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 lbs powdered sugar (divided)
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (more or less as needed)
1 (11 1/2 ounce) package milk chocolate chips
Preparation

Place cream cheese into a heavy duty mixer and mix on high until fluffy. Add the brown sugar and continue mixing about 2 minutes more until creamy.
Add the vanilla, sour cream and peanut butter and mix until well blended.
Add the powdered sugar one cup at a time until 1/2 of it is blended.
Once thick add the buttermilk all at once. Mix on high for 30 seconds.
Add the remaining powdered sugar and drizzle in the heavy cream to the appropriate consistency.
Beat on high until fluffy.
On the slowest speed, blend in the chocolate morsels.
