Apple Streudel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup margarine, room temperature
1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
20 ounces apple pie filling
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup sour cream
1 egg
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut margarine into dry cake mix.
Pat mixture lightly into ungreased 8x8 pan building up sides.
Bake 10 minutes.
Arrange apples on warm crust.
Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on apples.
Blend sour cream and egg; spoon over apples.
Bake 30 minutes.
