New Zealand Lamb Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup dry red wine
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup finely chopped shallot
    1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
    1/4 teaspoon thyme
    1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Place lamb in a dish just large enough to hold meat.
    Whisk marinade ingredients together and pour over top. Refrigerate for 4 hours, turning once.
    Drain, and cook as desired.
