Bisquick Substitute - Small Portion - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon shortening (Crisco)

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together in a small bowl.
Cut in shortening using a pastry blender.
Makes 1 cup Bisquick equivalent.
