Crock Pot - Cabbage Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb lean ground beef
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1 onion, chopped
    2 carrots, chopped
    2 celery ribs, chopped
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon brown sugar
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 (14 ounce) tomato sauce
    2 (14 ounce) tomatoes, diced
    1/2 head cabbage, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In a skillet brown ground beef in vegetable oil. Drain well.
    Place chopped onion, carrots and celery in bottom of crock pot. Add garlic powder, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, tomatoes and cabbage.
    Add browned ground beef. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Turn crock pot on to low and cook 6 to 7 hours.
    Serve and enjoy!
