Bread Dipping Oil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup extra virgin olive oil (Italian classics Tuscany style preferred)
    1/3 lb parmigiano-reggiano cheese (Italian classics preferred)
    fresh ground black pepper
    wegmans fleur de sel
Preparation
    Pour olive oil on clean serving platter.
    Grate cheese; sprinkle on oil.
    Season to taste with pepper and Fleur De Sel.
    Options: Serve with baguette. Cheese can be shaved with a vegetable peeler.
