Slow Cooker Dijon Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb Brussels sprout
    3 tablespoons butter
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1/4 cup water
Preparation
    Wash and trim sprouts. Cut in half. Place sprouts in slow cooker with remaining ingredients. Cook on low 4-5 hours or on high 2-3 hours. Stir well before serving.
