Ham And Macaroni Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup elbow macaroni
    1/4 cup butter
    1/4 cup flour
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons prepared mustard
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 dash pepper
    2 cups milk
    2 cups ham, cubed
    2 medium apples, peeled and sliced
    1 1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs
    2 tablespoons butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook macaroni. Drain.
    In large saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter.
    Blend in flour, brown sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
    Add milk all at once.
    Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Stir in cooked macaroni, ham, and apple slices.
    Turn into a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Combine bread crumbs and melted butter.
    Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake uncovered at 350 for about 35 minutes.
