Banana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup sour milk (add lemon juice to milk)
1 cup white sugar
1 cup banana (about 2 mashed)
1/2 cup margarine
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation

Use either sour milk or add lemon juice to milk to sour it.
Add baking soda to the milk.
Mash bananas.
Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Blend in banana followed by the sour milk.
Add flour and baking powder.
Can either bake as cupcakes or a larger cake.
Bake at a 350\u00b0 oven until lightly browned (about 40 minutes).
