Lemon Caper Sauce For Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup light sour cream
1/2 lemon, juice of
3 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
capers, drained to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients until blended and smooth.
Top over warm salmon cakes.
