Southwestern Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (13 ounce) cans white hominy
3 tablespoons grated onions
1 1/2 cups sour cream
salt, to taste
1 1/2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese (cheddar works fine, too)
2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into an ovenproof casserole dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
