Bearnaise Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup mayonnaise
    2 teaspoons finely minced onions
    2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
    4 tablespoons white wine
    1 tablespoon dried dill
    1 tablespoon dried tarragon
    1 teaspoon tarragon mustard
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook together minced onion, vinegar, wine, dill, and tarragon until only a little liquid remains.
    Cool slightly, then stir mixture and mustard into mayonnaise.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
