Green Beans Dijon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon, diced
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 lb fresh green beans, cooked
salt and pepper
Preparation

Saute bacon in large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp. Drain off all but 2 tablespoons of bacon drippings.
Add green onions and garlic. Cook and stir just until you can smell the garlic or until the green onions are slightly tender.
Stir in Dijon mustard, then reduce heat to low.
Gradually blend in chicken broth, heating and stirring just until thickened.
Pour sauce over beans, tossing until coated.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
