Beef Birmingham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons oil
    1 garlic clove
    1 lb beef
    1 onion
    1 cup celery
    1 cup broth
    2 tablespoons peanut butter
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
Preparation
    Cut beef into thin slices.
    In a large pot, saute minced garlic, meat, chopped onions, and celery until meat is brown.
    Add broth, peanut butter, soy sauce, sugar. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, simmer until meat is tender.
    Serve over rice, pasta or potatoes.
