Creamy Apricot Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 cup whole egg mayonnaise
3 tablespoons apricot nectar
2 teaspoons coarse grain mustard

Preparation

Combine ingredients in screw top jar.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Shake furiously.
Pour over salad.
