Italian Mix Giardiniera Salad - cooking recipe

16 ounces mezzetta's italian mix giardiniera, drained
14 ounces artichoke hearts, quartered (I used Reeses)
2 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
Preparation

Chop large pieces of giardiniera if needed. Combine all ingredients and chill until ready for use.
