Baked Pesto Ricotta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g fresh ricotta
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 cup pesto sauce, homemade or 1/2 cup in a jar
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Spread in ovenproof dish.
    Bake at 180 C for 20 - 30 minutes until firm.
    Cool, slice and serve on crusty bread.
