Cafe Rio Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lbs pork loin
    24 ounces salsa (Pace Picante medium)
    2 cups brown sugar
Preparation
    Roast in crock pot for 5-6 hours.
    Shred meat.
    Cook one more hour.
    Serve with cafe rio beans, rice, and tomatillo dressing (see other recipes).
