My Mom'S Pumpkin Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 cups sugar
    1 (28 ounce) can pumpkin
    2 teaspoons ground ginger
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 teaspoon ground allspice
    1/2 teaspoon mace
    1 1/2 cups milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Ladle into pie shells.
    Bake@ 450F for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 325F and continue baking for 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
