Chilled Coconut-Honeydew Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 honeydew melon, cubed
    1 (14 ounce) can light coconut milk
    2 tablespoons honey
    2 limes, juiced
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Preparation
    Combine honeydew melon, coconut milk, honey, lime juice, cinnamon, and ginger in a blender; blend until smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve chilled.
