Miso Gravy (Gluten Free And Vegan) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups water
    1 tablespoon miso paste
    1 tablespoon liquid aminos
    1 tablespoon vegetable bouillon base (such as Better Than Bouillon(R))
    1/4 cup cornstarch
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder, or to taste (optional)
    1/4 teaspoon garlic granules, or to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Combine water, miso, aminos, and bouillon base in a saucepan over medium heat. Sift cornstarch, onion powder, and garlic into the mixture and whisk until no lumps remain. Bring to a simmer; cook until thickened, 6 to 10 minutes.
