Slightly Spicy Roasted Red Pepper Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 roasted red bell peppers
    2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
    1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Saute garlic in hot oil until fragrant, about 1 minute.
    Blend garlic, red bell peppers, red wine vinegar, sriracha sauce, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a blender until smooth.
