Salat Yirakot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tomatoes, diced
    2 green bell peppers, diced
    1 red bell pepper, diced, or more to taste
    1/2 cucumber, diced
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/2 red onion, diced
    2 scallions, chopped
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, or to taste
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint, or to taste
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, or to taste
    2 teaspoons vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 teaspoon ground sumac
    salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, green bell peppers, red bell pepper, cucumber, olive oil, red onion, scallions, lemon juice, parsley, mint, dill, vinegar, garlic, sumac, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; mix thoroughly.
    Chill tomato mixture until flavors combine, about 25 minutes.
