Best Baconless Spinach Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup olive oil
    2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
    2 teaspoons honey Dijon mustard
    2 teaspoons grated red onion
    1 teaspoon sea salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
    1/3 cup white sugar, or more to taste
Preparation
    Whisk olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, red onion, sea salt, black pepper, and lemon juice together in a microwave-safe bowl.
    Cook oil mixture in the microwave until hot and almost boiling, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Gradually whisk sugar into hot mixture until dressing is thick and creamy.
