Ginger Cabbage Patch Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup roughly chopped cabbage
    1 cup red grapes
    1 red apple, cored and chopped
    1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup ice cubes
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
Preparation
    Blend cabbage, grapes, apple, carrot, water, ice cubes, and ginger together in a blender until smooth.
