Asian-Inspired Ginger Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup plain yogurt
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup minced onion, or more to taste
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons ginger paste
    2 tablespoons white sugar
    1 tablespoon ground black pepper
Preparation
    Put yogurt, lemon juice, rice wine vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, onion, garlic, ginger paste, sugar, and black pepper in a blender; blend on High until smooth.
    Pour dressing into a sealable container, seal, and refrigerate at least 30 minute before serving.
