Healthier Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 cup quick cooking oats
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons ice water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together oats, flour, and coconut. Stir in oil and water. Press dough into a 9 inch pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes, until lightly browned.
