Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup brown sugar
16 crepes (see footnote)
2 bananas, sliced
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
Preparation

Mix brown sugar and sour cream until no lumps remain. Spoon mixture into crepes and top with sliced bananas. Fold the crepes decoratively and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
