Jagic (Assyrian Cheese Spread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup butter, room temperature
    1 (24 ounce) carton cottage cheese
    3 green onions, minced
    3 stalks celery, minced
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced, or to taste
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Beat the butter and cottage cheese together in a bowl with a whisk or fork until smooth. Stir in the green onions, celery, jalapeno, dill, and cilantro. Season with salt.
