Chocolate Chess Pie I - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup butter, softened
    2 eggs
    3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 1/2 cups white sugar
    2/3 cup evaporated milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
Preparation
    Blend together butter or margarine, eggs, cocoa, sugar, milk, and vanilla with a hand mixer until smooth. Pour filling into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 45 minutes, or until set. Let cool before slicing.
