Vegan Alfredo Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ounces shredded mozzarella-style vegan cheese (such as Daiya(R))
    1/4 cup soy milk
    1/4 cup vegan cream cheese substitute (such as Tofutti (R))
    1/4 cup vegan margarine (such as Earth Balance(R))
    2 tablespoons vegan sour cream (such as Tofutti(R))
    2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
    1 dash garlic powder, or to taste
    1 dash ground nutmeg, or to taste
Preparation
    Blend mozzarella-style vegan cheese, soy milk, cream cheese substitute, vegan margarine, vegan sour cream, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and ground nutmeg in a blender until smooth.
