Kalo'S Kale-Beet Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup chopped kale
    4 fluid ounces unsweetened cranberry juice
    1/4 cup frozen blueberries, or more to taste
    1/2 red beet
    1 tablespoon flax seeds
    1 tablespoon chia seeds
    1 tablespoon milk thistle seed powder, optional
    1 teaspoon green tea powder (matcha)
    water as needed
Preparation
    Combine kale, cranberry juice, blueberries, beet, flax seeds, chia seeds, milk thistle seed powder, and green tea powder in a high speed blender (such as NutriBullet(R)). Add water to reach the blender's fill line. Blend until smooth.
