Vegan Chilean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 pounds roma tomatoes, sliced, or to taste
4 red onions, sliced
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
2 cups olive oil
1 1/2 cups lemon juice
1 1/2 bunches fresh cilantro, chopped
Preparation

Arrange tomatoes and onions on a large platter. Season with salt and black pepper.
Whisk olive oil and lemon juice together in a medium bowl; pour over salad and toss to coat. Sprinkle with cilantro.
