Spinach Artichoke Lactaid® Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 ounce) container LACTAID(R) Cottage Cheese
    1 (1 ounce) package non-dairy ranch dip mix
    1 (13.5 ounce) can chopped spinach, well drained
    3 artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    2 tablespoons chopped or slivered almonds
    Assorted cut-up vegetables for dipping
Preparation
    Combine cottage cheese and ranch mix in a bowl. Add spinach, artichoke hearts, and almonds. Mix well.
    Serve chilled with assorted vegetables such as carrot and celery sticks.
