Carrot Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup almond milk
    2 carrots, peeled and chopped
    2 dates, pitted and chopped (optional)
    10 toasted almonds
    1 teaspoon hemp seeds
    1 teaspoon flax seeds
    2 pinches ground cinnamon
    1 pinch ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine almond milk, carrots, dates, almonds, hemp seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a blender; blend until smooth.
