White Bean Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 (16 ounce) cans great Northern beans
5 cups chicken broth
4 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
2 tablespoons ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Preparation

Heat oil in a 5-quart stockpot over medium heat; cook and stir onion and garlic until tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir great Northern beans, chicken broth, chicken, green chile peppers, cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, and cloves into the stockpot. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer until flavors combine, about 1 hour.
