Texas Ground Turkey Burrito - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 pound lean ground turkey
    1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
    1 pinch onion powder, or to taste
    salt and ground black pepper to taste
    1 cup salsa
    1 (8 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    4 (8 inch) flour tortillas
    1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir in salsa and black beans; cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
    Cover tortillas with moist paper towels; microwave on high for 30 seconds.
    Spoon turkey mixture into each tortilla. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
