Vegan Blueberry Almond Overnight Oats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup soy milk
    3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
    1 1/2 tablespoons blueberry jam
    1 1/2 tablespoons slivered almonds
    1 tablespoon shredded coconut
    1 dash almond extract
Preparation
    Combine soy milk, oats, jam, almonds, coconut, and almond extract in a 12-ounce mason jar. Cover tightly with a lid and shake vigorously. Refrigerate until oats are hydrated, 4 hours to overnight.
