Camembert Spread With Radishes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ounces soft Camembert cheese, cubed
    2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
    5 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
    5 radishes, finely chopped
    2 scallions, thinly sliced
    1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika, or to taste
    salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
    2 tablespoons alfalfa sprouts
Preparation
    Mash Camembert in a bowl and mix with cream cheese, butter, radishes, and scallions. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with alfalfa to serve.
